We work with solopreneurs, small businesses, and established teams to reduce manual effort, improve operational clarity, and modernize workflows using the best of today’s AI-powered tools. We don’t chase hype or offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We design and build practical systems using automation and AI — because we’ve done it ourselves, in our own businesses, for years.
Our Background
AI Jumpstart was created by the same team behind SigmaRPA Inc., a Canadian automation company with over six years of experience delivering AI-powered digital workers to small and mid-sized businesses across industries like healthcare, construction, logistics, and professional services.
Before launching AI Jumpstart, we served as Government of Canada-approved Digital Advisors under the CDAP (Canada Digital Adoption Program) — helping business owners across the country modernize operations and adopt new technology thoughtfully.
But our experience goes back much further.
Our team has built multiple companies from the ground up, including successful exits. We’ve hired teams, developed policies, implemented operations, and scaled companies using systems we created ourselves — not because we read about it, but because we lived it.
Mike is a veteran entrepreneur, consultant, and strategist with over 25 years of business leadership experience. He has led national-scale operations in healthcare, advised government, and consulted on policy, strategy, and automation for clients across Canada.
Mike has worked with industry associations representing hundreds of millions in annual budgets, and was elected to serve alongside competitors on policy boards to help shape digital strategy and standards for regulated industries. He has developed deep relationships with a long list of Canadian business leaders who trust his judgment, his systems-oriented mindset, and his approach to building long-term business value.
He is not an “AI bro.” He is a systems builder, a business operator, and someone who brings real-world operational context to every conversation about technology.
